We do not work with large candidate databases. Instead, we rely on our extensive industry network and existing relationships to find the new hire who will serve you well.
Our placements typically fall into two categories:
- The college-educated professional: These individuals hold a college degree, Masters / MBA or other related supply chain or manufacturing certificates. They are articulate, analytical, intelligent and ready to help you meet your business goals.
- The non-degreed professional: These individuals are adaptable and hardworking. They have the real-world experience that a classroom simply cannot. We look for roll-up-your-sleeves-and-get-dirty personalities with a great everyday attitude.
We screen all our candidates with an initial phone call and an in-depth, in-person interview. Our recruiters learn about candidate expectations and double-check all resume listings and references. You will only receive the resumes of candidates we think are ready for your position. Clients can typically expect two to five potential fits for every job.
